Quorastone warrants, to the owner of the original installation of Quorastone Quartz surfaces, when installed according to current published procedures by a Quorastone Authorized Fabricator/Installer, shall be free from material defects in manufacturing for a period of ten years from the date of completion of the installation of Quorastone.

Quorastone’s sole responsibility and liability under their Commercial warranty shall be to repair or replace, at the sole discretion of Quorastone, any products shown to be defective, during the period of the warranty. Quorastone shall have no liability for any other loss, expense or damage, as a result of the installation of Quorastone. Under no circumstances will Quorastone be responsible or liable for indirect, punitive, consequential, special or any other similar damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption or any other loss.

The other owner must provide Quorastone immediately of any alleged defects that appear. Quorastone or its authorized representatives must be able to inspect the product and to follow the warranty procedures. All decisions regarding the presence of manufacturing defects or affecting this warranty shall be made by Quorastone and shall be final and binding on all parties.

Terms and Conditions

• This warranty applies to Quorastone Quartz Surface materials only and does not apply to any other products, including other quartz products manufactured or supplied by any other party, except Quorastone.
• This warranty only applies to Quorastone Quartz surface materials that have been permanently installed in the interior of commercial structures and that have not been moved from their original installation.
• This warranty does not cover materials that have not been paid for.
• This warranty only applies to the Care and Maintenance guidelines provided by Quorastone. Care and Maintenance guidelines can be found at www.quorastone.com. Please note, these guidelines may be revised from time to time as new products for care come on the market.
• This warranty does not apply to our products with “honed” finishes. Honed finishes require more daily maintenance and may not be well suited for high traffic areas.
• This warranty does not cover Quorastone quartz surfaces that have been used for flooring applications
• This warranty is not transferrable. Under no circumstances shall this warrantee exceed ten (10) years from the date of installation. This warranty is issued to the original owner of the structure in which the Quorastone was installed and expires upon transfer of the ownership of the structure to a third party.
• In order to request service, please contact the company fabricator/installer from which you purchased Quorastone from.
• All decisions regarding this warranty are at the sole discretion of Quorastone and will be communicated to the end user
• Quorastone assumes no responsibility or obligations when it comes to the laws and building safety codes governing the design, engineering and construction of installations. Quorastone is not responsible for the selection of product for installation or the design, engineering, and construction of installation.
• Commercial property shall consist of any location open to the general public for business use, private properties subject to residential or commercial rental or lease, or properties designated as hotels, motels, or other temporary residence applications

Warranty Exclusions

• Routine maintenance and minor conditions such as surface stains and water spots that may be corrected by following the techniques in the Care & Maintenance Guide are not covered
• This warranty does not cover products installed in outdoor applications
• This warranty does not cover flooring applications
• This warranty does not cover improper use or abuse
• This warranty does not cover failures due to fabricators failing to follow procedures of fabrication and installation provided by Quorastone.
• This warranty does not cover labour to remove, fabricate and/or reinstall Quorastone or other similar services to complete the replacement or removal of the defective material.
• This warranty does not cover seam appearance
• This warranty does not cover “honed” surfaces or finishes that have been transformed.
• This warranty does not cover additional modifications such as plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinets that may be necessary to repair or replace Quorastone product.
• This warranty does not cover products installed with a visible manufacturing defect at the time of installation, including but not limited to colour variance.
• This warranty does not cover any damage cause by mishandling and damage from excessive heat or uneven exposure to weather conditions, physical or chemical abuse, or uses of products expose to outside weather or climate conditions
• Quorastone will not be responsible in contract for any loss of direct, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or the inability to use the products covered under this warranty.
• This is the only product warranty made by Quorastone. No dealer, fabricator, distributor or any other person is authorized to make any warranty, promise, or representation on behalf of Quoratstone.
